Camera Wizard "Progress is only possible up to 3%. It is taking forever to load, I have tried several times to load it load … re-start the computer, but progress has always more load at 3%. Do not freeze (and the computer!) to help with!
Have you tried to go through Windows Explorer and copy the file manually? How big is the file? Is there room for them on your hard drive? If you do not access to the file, try a card reader, and then use Explorer to copy. If you Still no luck, should have a specialty photographic shop in a position to send the file to a CD or a USB transfer for you for a small fee. Good Luck.
