Why is it When i Take Picture with my Nikon camera its just a black screen?
theres nothing wrong with the monitor, my idea is that something is up with the lens. but can anyone help me here its was a 600 dollar camera i dont want it to just go right in the dumps.

well, if u can see the screen at other times, it may be a menu setting that you have turned off or something. I would suggest taking to a camera store and asking them, or calling Nikon customer services.
