How much video ram do you need to play ms flight sim 2004 on full graphics?
(And yes, I know that flight sim X is out)
1GB will do fine but 2GB is recommended for most newer comps.

How to tune to NDB in Flight sim 2004?
Also which indicator to use tn navigate to the NDB. doing my instrument checkride in Cessna 172.
I will use this pic as a baseline. So follow from it.

To set the ADF to an NDB you must know it's frequency. Check if your flight simulator has some type of map. After you obtain this frequency dial it in the ADF. That is located in the above picture slight above the man's hand. the frequency dialed is 359.
For which indicator, The ADF. You see the round thing with a compass card and a yellow arrow? That one.
A lot of complicated headings are given from older ADF's which required you to do a lot of number crunching. Primarily because the station is telling you where IT IS. Unlike a VOR.
But on the Cessna here all you have to do is to rotate the heading knob to your current heading, and the needle will show you a heading. In the pic case it's 130 degrees. ( even though I doubt that it;s in range. This is the rest position. But to keep it simple skip it) So you fly your airplane to the new heading, 130 degrees. The needle should then center on the nose.
When you pass it, the needle will swing a full 180 to the back.
