No, not directly, but soon according to some cellphone manufacturers. As of now, it is possible to get a mobile barcode reader via the internet. You can download the software directly using your cellphone's browser. But there are some requirements which you must know before using the software, for example you need a good camera, or java. Take note that not all cellphones are supported, take a look at the list before downloading.
