Scanners Inexpensive

Does anyone know where I can find software to use my digital camera as a planetary scanner for books?
As far as I understand it, those $15k+ planetary scanners used by libraries to digitize old and delicate books are just simple digital cameras with software that "flattens" a page out by correcting the perspective curves in the image (eg. near the spine). If you already have a good digital camera, is there a inexpensive (sub$100) software package that would help correct the perspective distortion to make a DIY planetary scanner?
u can use your camera after that u use "Microsoft Office Document Imaging"
