when i click "start", the "all programs" button won't show up?
when i click the start button at the bottomof the screen, 'all programs'
doesn't show up. ( i can still access my files by exploring the start button )
how can i get it back?
the computer also changed y hompage to a virus removing software website. it says thati have 2759 adult photos and videos on my computer. i don't.
how can i reset my homepage
also, my backdrop wallpaper changd too =(. it says instructions on how to get it bac, but it doesn't work .
also, my clock displays in army time, it says it's 13:14 right now,
and it has a sign next to it saying "VIRUS ALERT!"
i can't access the 'display' feature in the control panel either =(
it says "display has been disabled by the aministator"
but eveything else works fine.
how can i fix all of the above without downloading a software?
( i already have a virus scanner. it says i don't have a virus )
Use an online virus scanner if you can.
Run a couple of antimalware scans and keep running them until you come up clean. Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy are options.
