How do I create NYC or Boston using Sim City 4 Deluxe?
For class, we are required to create Boston or NYC using Sim City 4 Deluxe but, I have no idea how to go about doing it. I need to include the transit systems within the cities as well as buildings. I need the population to reach 600,000. I have absolutely no idea on how to work Sim City and the tutorial was not that helpful. Please Help.

Which is the best PC game - Civilization 4 Complete or Sim City Deluxe 4?
I want a decent strategy game to get stuck into. I have played and enjoyed Sim City in the past, but heard the Civilization games are well worth looking into. Any help please? What is the overall aim of Civilization?
Both are excellent computer games, and they both happen to be my two favorites. Civilization deals with war and nation-building, so it's a bit of a different kind of strategy game. You choose a country, and starting from just one city you keep expanding, building more cities and handling problems in each city like health, culture and industrial production, and at the same time you can build armies to try and take over other civilizations. The goal is to eventually become the strongest, or the only, civilization on the planet. Each time you play Civ, the game has a defined beginning, middle and end unlike Sim City, which is open-ended. Sim City is usually considered a simulation game, which is a bit different from your traditional strategy game like Civilization. Sim City is more of a creative exercise, building a city how you feel it would be useful or attractive, while Civ 4 is more of a traditional game where you just "win" or "lose." Both are extremely fun, thought-provoking and addicting - I've had them both for over 2 years, and I still play them both all the time. The good thing about Civ 4 is that it's turn-based, so it's not like you're commanding armies and stuff in real-time, instead it gives you time to think and plan out your actions rather than relying on impulse.
